The employees here are amazing—always so friendly, upbeat, and quick to get your order right. They really make the experience feel personal. Great service, consistent drinks, and a welcoming vibe every time I stop in.
same area The management and the staff 👎👎👎👎👎The customer service at this location is unbelievably rude and terrible. I actually went in to get a coffee, but since it was extremely hot, I asked for some water first. An employee named ZAK said, “If you don’t buy anything, I can’t give you water.” If this is how they treat customers, it’s better to go to 7-Eleven — you can get water or even a coffee there for $1. Yes, it is a major chain but it served a purpose and therefore I award it 4 stars. When our power was out for nearly 24 hours we woke up early and was in the need of coffee and charging our cell phones. This Starbucks has a great drive through and serves strong coffee in very large cups. It also allowed us the ability to stay in our vehicle while allowing us to charge our phones. Service was good and the huge coffee was pretty outstanding which helped lead to a 4 star review.
6am Sunday May 18. Only customer, and yet coffee was slightly warm and with incorrect sweetener.
