I bought hundreds of dollars of coffee from this place but the one time I go and just want water they say "you need to buy something first" screw Starbucks.
I ordered Matcha Protein Vanilla but was given coffee! this is the second time it happened but i was already on the road when I tasted my drink! I have had many bad experiences with Starbucks drinks for the past couple of months. I have been going to Starbucks for years but lately the drinks have been substandard… This is the end of my Starbucks journey… The service and people are usually great but the drinks have been tasteless and below standard.
The staff is very friendly. I love matcha latte
There were 3 employees and they were just fooling around while the tables and floor were very dirty and messy! The trash cans were full and smelly. When we placed our order the cashier did not pay attention to us and instead she was playing and goofing around with the other two employees. She got our order wrong just to make it better! Management needs to step up!!!
Very slow. And the chairs are very uncomfortable. I left without buying.
