Baristas nice but the last 3 times I’ve been here my shaken espressos are made like lattes! Not enough ice and too much milk. Frustrating that it’s a consistent issue - and that my drink passes thru 3 different baristas hands with little care for beverage quality.
I came in at the last minute to get a gift card and nat was super nice and helpful give that girl a raise!
Always on point and deliver a consistent product!
Once again I feel I received regular coffee instead of a Americano. Since I was on the road I did not realize this till I got back on the freeway several miles later. Also I mistakenly ordered large instead of saying grande but yet they gave me a venti which was extra large.
