Note that all in-store sales are final. EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO DISCLOSURE OF THIS FACT (verbal disclosure at point of sale OR any physical signage) FROM A LEGAL PERSPECTIVE, businesses are generally required to disclose that a sale is final as to allow the customer to make an informed decision. This obviously was an issue for me, so I want to warn others. If I could give zero stars, I would. They never get the order right....Royal English Breakfast is not Earl Grey... even after I confirm that they can make a London Fog Latte with Earl Grey they still make it with Royal English Breakfast Tea. Like whyyyy? And then they never pick up their phones either. Such a shame because the Baristas are always nice but they cannot get this drink right...

This is my favorite Starbucks. I love the scene , atmosphere, location, and staff. I have never had an issue here and am there a couple of times a week. I am always able to get some work done comfortably while I drink amazing coffee. Phenomenal staff !
