Horrible customer service!! Terrible terrible! We were all outside at a table when the black lady had the audacity to come up to me, my husband, and another person we were meeting to tell us we ALL needed to buy something in order to stay there. I had already gotten a drink and if they were thinking of getting one I’m sure after that they didn’t want to buy one. I will definitely stay away from this location, it is not an inviting Starbucks. Not what I’m used to.
Very bad service stor not clean the woman didn’t use gloves when she made my food then she made me wrong sandwich I didn’t ask for it when I asked to change it nice and polite she call 911 and the police came and ask me to leave the store. I’m not sure why she did that because I don’t want to eat something I didn’t ask for it??
Very bad service . Not clean. Women didn’t use gloves when she did my sandwich. I don’t recommend any body eat or drink from there.
The customer service is phenomenal. Nikki and Kikki are always so pleasant, my number one go to Starbucks spot
