Can’t get the latte right.
If I ask for no ice and the manager says it out loud try to remember next time not to put ice in my coffee. Now I have to drink this overly cold coffee and I asked for no ice for a reason! I have dental issues so I was trying to avoid super cold drinks and get room temperature coffee. For $8.71 for a cup of coffee that's unacceptable!
This Starbucks has had a lot of turn over in the last 6 months or so. The new staff is rude and gets mad when you correct them after making your order wrong. The drink I buy is $9.00 so yes I'm going to make sure it is right every time. A lesson on customer service and food handling would do them all some good.
