Asked for a mango strawberry lemonade and the cashier didn’t let me know they didn’t have any mango strawberry. Instead, she just rang me up as a mango dragon fruit. When I got my order, I saw that it was mango dragon fruit and told them I ordered mango strawberry. They should let the customers know what they do not have when it’s ordered so customers can order something else. It was so busy that I didn’t fight back.
Horrible customer service experience. Clerk who was taking orders leaning across the register with nothing but attitude when speaking. Pastries were hard as rocks. Drink was made hot asked to fix and worker seemed put out and poured over ice. That’s not the way to fix it. Remake it with cold milk not steamed! Every employee seemed they rather be somewhere else. Comments made about customer waiting for food/drink by employee so that we could hear. Not professional at all!
the worst starbucks i’ve been to in the entire US. what coffee shop doesn’t accept cash!??? Spend your money elsewhere
