I love going out of my way for them to just be closed an hour early with no notice. Ensure proper staffing.
Well the poor reviews aren't wrong. This store has a posted closing time of 6:00pm. After a long day at an event at the Convention Center we decided to grab some Coffee at 5:20pm. Upon getting there the gates where closed. We saw the workers in there and they confirmed they are closed already despite it not being 6:00pm. Honestly they should just change their official hours if they want to close earlier. According to other reviews this is the case with opening and closing hours so I know its not a "one off".
