Summit Starbucks might be the worst place to stop if you have a train to catch. Want to miss your train? Stop here for a coffee first! Even when the line doesn’t look bad, getting served can easily take more than five minutes. The bigger issue seems to be how the line is managed. I just was just there picking up my wife’s order after getting off the train and my wife was picking me up with our 1 year old. I decided to get a small cold brew while waiting for her and fetching her online order. I was on the phone on my earbuds talking out loud when I made my own order. The person who charged me added a $5 dollar tip for themself. Beware these employees. $9.74 for a small cold brew? Over 100% tip. Classic Starbucks location. Food and beverage is good, service is OK. Atmosphere is classic bistro. They do a strong business, so probably hard to keep up. This location could definitely much be cleaner, including the windows.
A nice Starbucks location, friendly staff, also everything is always prepared correctly as well.
New to the area and been there a few times. First time, extremely loud music that most people wouldn’t find pleasing. Second time, the cashier didn’t ask what kind of milk I wanted in my iced chai and gave me whole milk which I would never want. Third time i’m waiting 5 + minutes for someone to pour me a black iced coffee while mobile orders are prioritized.
