New to the area and been there a few times. First time, extremely loud music that most people wouldn’t find pleasing. Second time, the cashier didn’t ask what kind of milk I wanted in my iced chai and gave me whole milk which I would never want. Third time i’m waiting 5 + minutes for someone to pour me a black iced coffee while mobile orders are prioritized. Pam the shift lead had a horrible attitude. I walked in at 11am on a Monday. I was the only customer inside and there were 4 employees standing around. When I approached the counter to place my order pam was in front of the register. I was not greeted when I walked in, and as I stood in front of Pam she paid me no attention. 1 minute later she backed up from the register still without looking at me or saying hello and told one of the other associates to take my order. 0/10
Cashier Samuel super professional and really nice, deserves a raise, had an amazing experience.
Great atmosphere and wonderful service by Samuel, I really enjoyed my coffee highly recommend!!
