I went into the Starbucks around midday. There was only about 5 people in line. I ordered a Hot PSL with dark caramel sauce added. And I asked for it to be made kids temp. There was 6-7 people behind the counter, and only one person was doing anything, even then she was talking more than working. She kept picking up the cups by putting her entire hand in the cup, reaching into the sink and then touching drinks, not washing the pitcher between drinks and mixing milks. It really grossed me out.
