I know every Starbucks at an airport can be crazy due to the amount of traffic but today I had a good experience where they ran out of the bacon Gouda and the lady came to me and offered me many additional items in its replacement. She did so with a smile and sincerely apologized. They ran out and told me I could wait but instead offered me additional items. Plus, my coffee was made to perfection.
