I’ve never been more impressed by an airport Starbucks and this one could even beat out some brick-and-mortar locations when it comes to customer service and drink quality. Super friendly staff at the registers and behind the bar, and the whole crew did an amazing job handling the high volume and getting everyone’s drinks to them exactly how they like it. Great job to the baristas on staff: Nia, Jody, Matty, Kirsten, and Paige, and thank you for the coffee!!
Waited in line 25 mins only to get to order and they're quietly telling people when they order it will be 45 minutes to get their drinks.
I have been traveling more and more for my job. This is hands down the BEST airport Starbucks I’ve visited in the past couple years, even rivaling my local spot. Customer service is always top notch, doesn’t matter early, late, packed or slow. Today they liked my shirt ( pumpkins) and told me about all the upcoming summer new flavors and to keep an eye out. 10/10
Do not recommend this place. Waited too long.
The baristas were a lot more concerned with their personal chit-chat than in getting any coffee orders done in any kind of reasonable time period. Really problematic in an airport Starbucks. There were only 5 people ahead of me and it still took 15 minutes once my order was placed.
