Buyer Beware!!!…if you make a purchase in the APP and they are unable to produce the product you will jump thru hoops to get a refund. The employees are unable to simply cancel an order. You will have to contact corporate support to pull this off. I’m not sure if Starbucks just knows several people aren’t going to go to the trouble ultimately resulting in the most profitable transaction they could possibly have. Money for nothing…100% profit. The auto tip thing adds $2 if you’re not paying attention. Then you stand there for 15 minutes and eventually get the wrong coffee. Crazy
Did a mobile order. Informed later they did not have an item. Asked for a refund. (App states you can go to the store to get) Informed by employees that they don't give refunds on mobile orders. You need to request on app. App doesn't make it easy. Thanks Starbucks for finding another way to steal money and / or delay a refund after trying to contact your customer service while they are closed for who knows how long.
