I placed a mobile order before 9 am. I didn’t get my order until 9:19 and didn’t receive a single apology for the delay in my order. When I approached the counter I was brushed off and told by one of the employees “I don’t know anything about that. When your order is ready it’ll be at the pick up counter.” I politely explained that maybe my order was lost due to how busy it was. Morning TPD squad coffee at this location is my favorite. ❤️ Love Cassy and the whole team. Friendly and so amazing!
Love this place, they normally remember my drinks. The ladies at the drive through are always nice and seems happy to be there, bright and early in the morning.
