Honestly, I am so dang sick of ordering from this location. Why can’t they just get it right? My order is often incorrect and it seems like people here don’t really care. I wish management would step in because this has happened more times than I can count. I know employees are rushed and I get that, but the sticker they print for each coffee has the exact ingredients right on it. Please, please fix this! I really can’t take it anymore and I will probably take another break from ordering from this location again.
Stopped by for a drink wanting something new. I ordered an iced caramel ribbon crunch drink thinking it’d be a latte and it wasn’t. At the window I expressed my confusion on the drink and The guy who was there was so kind and patient he explained that what I wanted unfortunately wasn’t worded right because I lacked the term latte he then remade my drink and brought it out to me right away. I didn’t get his name but the service is always great and today was excellent. He even wrote down for me how to order in the future!
This Starbucks is always a pleasure to go to the staff. They is professional and friendly. And my try tea is always delicious period
Love this place. They employees are awesome!! Even though I can't explain what I want, they get it every time!!
The barista at the drive thru called me a sir, didn't scan my gift card so I was not able to use it at the time which was the only reason I stopped by. She did apologize and offer to void and start the transaction over but I didn't want to wait. It was busy that day so maybe she was just frazzled.
