I have a dairy allergy and make my lattes with oat milk. Today, I had to go to Starbucks because I ran out of oat milk at home. So I order the latte and didn't see the person making it pull out any oat milk from the fridge, so I clarified that the drink was indeed made with oat milk. She looks at the cup and sees that it says oat milk on the label and says "oh yeah it has oat milk in it.". I am beyond disappointed with the service I received at this location today from Ryan and the barista on duty. This has been my regular go-to spot because I work nearby, but after today, I’ll be driving further to a different location. I ordered an Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with the ice on the side. I specifically order it this way because this location consistently fills the cup with 75% ice, leaving very little actual coffee for a $7 drink.
