I am beyond disappointed with the service I received at this location today from Ryan and the barista on duty. This has been my regular go-to spot because I work nearby, but after today, I’ll be driving further to a different location. I ordered an Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with the ice on the side. I specifically order it this way because this location consistently fills the cup with 75% ice, leaving very little actual coffee for a $7 drink. Order was wrong & Ava was very rude during the interaction
Honestly, I am so dang sick of ordering from this location. Why can’t they just get it right? My order is often incorrect and it seems like people here don’t really care. I wish management would step in because this has happened more times than I can count. I know employees are rushed and I get that, but the sticker they print for each coffee has the exact ingredients right on it. Please, please fix this! I really can’t take it anymore and I will probably take another break from ordering from this location again.
Stopped by for a drink wanting something new. I ordered an iced caramel ribbon crunch drink thinking it’d be a latte and it wasn’t. At the window I expressed my confusion on the drink and The guy who was there was so kind and patient he explained that what I wanted unfortunately wasn’t worded right because I lacked the term latte he then remade my drink and brought it out to me right away. I didn’t get his name but the service is always great and today was excellent. He even wrote down for me how to order in the future!
