the service is TERRIBLE, has to be the only Starbucks on planet earth with only 1.... employee working the opening shift.... the busiest time of day on a military base.. long line and only 1 employee.... and she said she would be alone for the next 2 hours. I came back 2 days later and in the afternoon had 2 employees but only 1 making drinks and still very slow and the wait was long again
It’s convenient because it’s on base, but I’ve been coming here for a few years and it has been consistent in its service and quality of drinks. They also have staffing issues. Nobody greets you. It’s so simple to say “hi, welcome to Starbucks, we’ll be with you in just a moment” but it’s usually just someone from behind the bar telling whoever is on food to “don’t take any orders, we have to finish mobile first” They do get a lot of mobile orders, which is fine because it’s pretty much the only good stop for breakfast on ba... read more
Food and coffee were both good. It made a nice stop to wait and eat while my son was finishing camp.
Very slow service, expect to wait 15 minutes or more for a order to be made.
This seems to be in the base and there’s no way for regular people to access it. It should be labeled differently.
