Orders are prepared forever. Never updating their availability of food or drink on the app. If you order in person you will be waiting 35-40 minutes for a green tea, not even a complicated order. I ordered a food item that costs 8$ to come for a pick up and was told that they don't have it. And with a smile on her face like it was funny, the girl told me that I should call corporate to initiate a refund. This is not the first time. I really don’t like writing poor reviews but rude service. The two female employees tried to pretend they didn’t even see me as they continued to stock the shelf’s. I am not talking about finishing what they were doing they kept avoiding looking up and grabbing more to do. There was no one in line in front or back of me they just wanted each other to take the order and neither one of them were willing to drop what they were doing to do it. I always get a cortado with one stevia added by the barista. I’ve ordered it all over the country and here. It allows the stevia to dissolve into the espresso and not have to stir it in. Today, the barista refused and stated they didn’t add sugar or sweeteners and the customer had to use the self-service bar. No chance to even hand her a stevia. I’ve never had this response before and the barista was curt and rude in her interaction. That’s not the Starbucks standard for customer engagement. Also, the short cups should alway... read more
