This Starbucks has had staffing issue for the last year I have been going here. They need more manpower or more efficient making of orders . It can take 20 minutes to just get a latte and this has been the case for quite a while

Orders are prepared forever. Never updating their availability of food or drink on the app. If you order in person you will be waiting 35-40 minutes for a green tea, not even a complicated order. I ordered a food item that costs 8$ to come for a pick up and was told that they don't have it. And with a smile on her face like it was funny, the girl told me that I should call corporate to initiate a refund. This is not the first time. I love this location! The staff is always so kind and helpful. I wish they were open a little later, though!

I really don’t like writing poor reviews but rude service. The two female employees tried to pretend they didn’t even see me as they continued to stock the shelf’s. I am not talking about finishing what they were doing they kept avoiding looking up and grabbing more to do. There was no one in line in front or back of me they just wanted each other to take the order and neither one of them were willing to drop what they were doing to do it.
