I ordered a basic child brew with sweet cream foam and got a cold brew with cream just poured right in. There was no one in line in front of me so I didn't see any rush to cut corners. It's just super irritating. Go to the other Starbucks right down the street. This place sucks
Waited inside for 10 minutes and they didn’t even acknowledge us. Two people were in front of us that waited longer. Ignored us while they were busy filling drive thru orders. We left.
I loooooooooove this Starbucks! I go every day, and all the employees know me by name. Everyone says, "HI KASSI," when I walk in and always write something cute on my cup. My drink is always made perfectly. Again, I love this Starbucks, the staff is great, give them all a raise. 🥰
