The service staff has no sense of consequences , The coffee was literally pippinghot and not on drinking zone. Do you serve this kind of temperature !!! It has burned out my throat !! If any medial consequences I will come and deal with you guys .

Normally everyone here is SUPER nice and accommodating to me. However Paulina was on shift today and she denied a diabetic a water cup. Not once have we ever been denied but today Paulina showed that the company's expenses are clearly more important than the customers who support yall. I must reiterate I have never had an issue with any other staff, I've chatted and smiled with them. I have never recived this type of energy before and I highly encourage a manager being let known.

Slow, though not all the fault of the staff. There were out of several ingredients and had us adjust our orders, but not til after we’d paid. It was loud and has zero atmosphere in the middle of a grocery store. There was no where to sit, and not at all a restful place.

I avoid this location as mich as possible. But had to stop for a grocery item. The drink was once again wrong. That's the last time I stop here. Avoid if possible. The people are nice.

Normally everyone is very nice, but today Daniel was so rude to me. I got a peppermint hot chocolate and it was so foul so I had asked him to remake it and he said “oh well I made it to standard, what do you want??” Completely unnecessary. Thank you to all the girls who are always so nice, Daniel step up your game please. :)
