100/100, gave me the best drink (caramel ribbon crunch, no coffee & extra crunch). at this starbucks they actually gave me so much crunch not only on the top but in the drink as well and i loved it .

Was greeted by Anna at the register who seemed to not want to be working. after placing my order and adding $75 to my starbucks app I was informed I had to use a card as the scanner wouldn't take my funds from her register but that I would still get stars. After paying and waiting for a vanilla scone she proceeded to walk it to thr end of the coffee bar for me to pickup because she didn't want to hand it to me. as if any of the card issue was my fault. if you don't lile customer seevice then don't work in this industry. very... read more
