Had an awful experience with an angry customer, but the barista was very kind to me afterwards. I was not able to get her name, but I hope she knows I appreciate her kindness! Big mahalo for dealing with brutal customers with such grace-- I know it is not easy.
How can you have 7 people working and 2 sitting down having a meeting and still have to wait 21 minutes for your mobile order eatly in the morning. I come here once and a while but after today I'm not coming here again.This is not the first time i have waited. You served every walk in but made no effort to complete my mobile order timely. Small shop, friendly staff, fast service, clean facilities. Limited seating but bright , open space.
