This is my favorite Starbucks by far and the staff here's super friendly. I've never had a bad experience the employee by the name of Jill working the window today was really nice and helpful. I'll definitely be back

Overall this is probably one of the most inconsistent and frustrating Starbucks I’ve been to… I was honestly a little surprised it has a 4.3 overall rating. Customer service is hit-or-miss: there have been some fantastic employees and some where their only acknowledgement when you’re ordering in person is literally “what do you want?”. It takes forever to get your drink at this Starbucks and a good percentage of the time it isn’t made correctly.
