Why is it the staff don’t take you seriously when showing them an epi pen and they still give you food you are allergic to and you’re left with a hives on your face????

Tried this Starbucks at Barbee Chapel Rd in Chapel Hill. It's situated inside Harris Teeter, so you can enjoy coffee while grocery shopping or just come & enjoy coffee. They also have one designated entry as well. Plus, there's outdoor seating with trees covering it. Somehow I don't feel it's good for studies/work as it connects with Harris Teeter so not that calm always.
