Have to give props to this group. I ordered a last minute coffee because it didn't look busy, but there was a large order in front of me. I asked them to cancel the order because the boarding appeared to be about to close and walked to my gate. As I was about to take my seat, a Delta employee hand delivered my coffee on the plane. That was so great, and unexpected.
