Appalling customer service. Possibly forgivable if the coffee came out right. It did not.

Super chill spot. Great baristas, punch above their weight - was super busy when I went and got my drink ASAP.
One of worst Starbucks experience ever. Asked for iced quad espresso in a venti cup but they forgot to relay venti cup to the barista. I ended up getting served in tall cup so I asked to put them in a venti cup and the barista gave me a look and said you should have asked for them from the beginning. I responded, smiling, I did but she did not bother listening as if I was not there.
