Awful service, been open for about a year now and still can’t get things under control. Been going here since opening and they mess up my order most of the time and when they remake it they seem very passive aggressive. I give up on this Starbucks, I recommend going to another one.
Former barista here. I have been a day 1 customer at this new store. I have also provided continuous grace since their opening in March 2024. For the last few weeks I have watched my drink be made and made incorrectly. Including putting 2% in my Oatmilk requested drink. Thankfully I am not lactose intolerant and it’s just a preference. The employees are very disrespectful every time I go there.They always have an attitude and get mad when you bring back the drink they messed up. I order the same thing every time (carmel crunch frappe with extra Carmel drizzle) I pay 1.06 for extra Carmel drizzle and only get a couple drops of carmel. Then 9/10 times they mess it up somehow. If you go here you will most likely pay over $7 for a drink that’s not correct and rude service.
