Many times only at this location do I have to repeat myself because the employees are carrying multiple conversations with each other. Venting. Iced, Carmel Macchito. Thats my order consistently. Do not waist your time there are better options close by. This is absolutely consistently the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in the United States. I have literally not one single time gotten my order the way it was ordered. There is always something wrong or missing. I am not someone who lives for coffee so it is generally easy for me to ignore the problems here because of the convenience of the location. I won’t be going here again. My friend (African American) was treated like a subhuman. I don’t go to racist establishments. Pretty damn sad
