I had a very poor experience at this location today. The person at the cafe had no personality. She sold me an oatmeal without any side ingredients, nor did she ask me if I wanted any. Why would she give me a fork to eat the oatmeal with? If they had no spoons she should have mentioned it. I spoke with the manager, Lynsey, because I was unhappy with my service.
