Bought some gift cards for friends as a baby shower gift. The funds were stolen and transferred. When I contacted Starbucks customer service they claimed they could not detect fraud. The funds were taken from multiple cards. Of course fraud happened. Only thing I can do is to never get gift cards from this location again, or never buy Starbucks gift cards to avoid this situation from ever happening again.
This is the best Starbucks, however, Friday at 9:02pm I just wanted a coffee and was told there is no more coffee, only Americano (espresso diluted with water). So disappointing, especially since they didn't close until 9:30. Now I know when not to come.
There drinks are the worst, and they don’t respect the schedule.
If some one takes the effort to walk into your store and has to wait 10 minutes becuase staff prioritise mobile and drive-thru orders, then you have a problem. Walk-ins should have priority. Do better.
