I am a noob and ordered the wrong thing at first. They didn't hassle me at all about changing my order, even though they had already started making the other thing. I was pleasantly surprised.
Try the banana chocolate chip coffee cake.
Try the pumpkin spice frappuccino.
Try the Salted Caramel Mocha and the veggie sandwich. The drive-thru is quick and the baristas are friendly without being chatty.
