Diana, thank you for perfecting my venti pink drink with vanilla sweet cold foam. Not only are you a great barista but also an amazing person. Your eyes brighten my day and your smile makes my heart skip a beat. I live 3 hours away from this Starbucks but for you i’d go thousands of miles. I used to be addicted to caffeine but now I’m addicted to you. I can confirm love at first sight is real. I love you, diana.
Razan is the best
Had a wonderful experience on January 18th at 8:47 AM (per my receipt). Two ladies working, hopefully the manager can look at the previous schedule to see who was working. Waited only a second for one of the baristas to finish something up and she apologized which was unnecessary but kind. Both ladies were extremely nice and pleasant. I wanted to leave a tip but was told they can no longer accept tips which was disappointing! I hope these two ladies get some kudos for their great attitudes and awesome service.
