Barista wouldn’t even attempt to fill my mobile order. Then proceeded to turn away multiple customers because he couldn’t brew regular coffee and make any other drinks at the same time. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
These girls just never get it right. 1. One day I ordered a Bacon, egg, and Gouda sandwich, and she gave me the smoked bacon Another time I came in and got my usual iced Matcha latte with light ice. She didn’t ask me what size I wanted automatically gave me the vente. She should ask in case the customer forgets to mention it. And they gave me a full cup of ice in my drink despite me asking for light. Please just get it correct. Especially since I have to walk in to support this location
