The girl working at this time right now is extremely rude I tried to order two different drinks and she didn't have any of them my vanilla latte doesn't taste like vanilla latte and she didn't provide a receipt for me nor the drink has a sticker 5:25pm 1/22/2026
Very rude staff. Busy chatting up friends who stopped by, ignoring customers. One staff directly in front of me scrolling her phone but not looking up to acknowledge a few customers. Another staff didn't greet me, asked what I wanted. Didn't pay attention to my order and got it wrong 3 times. Charged my gift card and said "yeah you're good," without offering a receipt (I know I had some change as balance, didn't offer it) or to let me know I had change.
