The service is ridiculously slow — it’s absurd to wait 30 minutes for a simple coffee

Can’t use the bathroom unless you buy something. And you can’t buy a water to use the bathroom unless you buy something. And when you ask to just purchase a water bottle they walk away without saying anything. Ridiculous, unprofessional, and clearly they don’t want any business?? I’m offering to pay to use the bathroom and you’re refusing because I’m not spending enough money on a water?
No matter where you go the Starbucks delivers the good consistent quality in food and service my first time here felt at home.
