I went on drivethru and my husband said mocha and they give us matcha and i went inside to tell them but they insist we ordered match and they said if i want to change the drink they will charge me extra

I had an offer that expires on 12/25 on the app and I went to redeem it but when I got there they had me waiting for 5 minutes and just for them to not check the offer whatsoever and said it was only select Starbucks store I went to another Starbucks sure enough the offer was there and the barista said it was all Starbucks location, the worker seem to lazy as they were mishandling food item
