Came here with a friend to get some work done because this location is listed as closing at 11 PM. Around 10 PM, I asked for the restroom code and was told the restroom was already closed. I think they cleaned it early and didn’t want to open it up again which was very inconvenient. Then around 10:30 PM, while we were still sitting and working, an employee was sweeping and gestured toward the door for us to leave, even though the store wasn’t supposed to close for another 30 minutes. Waited over ten minutes for a simple delivery order as many others came out. Come to learn the drink was sitting beside the bag and no one felt like completing it for some reason.
Asked for Chai Tea, extra hot. Tea was regular hot and pretty average. Wouldn't recommend taking Chai Tea here.
We came in for our unicorn frappacino & it did not disappoint!
