Went there yesterday at approximately 6:45 PM to order just ONE drink. There were 4 employees, none of them seem to have any sense of urgency. Every Starbucks that I ever gone to, I have ALWAYS received my order within 5 minutes. They weren’t even busy and took 20 minutes to make my drink. The barista that made my drink pretty much just dropped my drink at me, walked away and didn’t even ask me if I needed a straw or anything else. On March 10, 2025, at this exact location, at approximately 7:17pm. My partner and I went through the drive-thru and requested for our drinks to be redone because they did them incorrectly at a different starbucks location. We have never had this issue before because we do not ask for nothing special, only 2 shaken hazelnut expresso venti light ice. Outside seating is nicely out together.
Just great.
Went in to get a cup of water because I am working Uber eats and I'm not near home to get water and they say that you have to pay for an order to get water.
