I urge management to do something about the two people who sit at the table by the door. I was sitting down after my purchase and was rudely approached by one of them who just came in from outside and told me they had been sitting there. I understand they are usually there all day, every day but to believe that table is reserved for them is unbelievable and unfair to paying customers. Coffee shop with usually excellent drinks.
My friend and I were here to order food and drinks and after we needed to use the restroom. The person at the handoff station wouldn’t give us the bathroom code and said we had to go to the register. None of the employees seemed to enjoy anything going on. Not even speaking to each other. But there was a line and of course that was uncomfortable- we had to go??
