The location was clean. Didn't use the Wi-Fi so I can't speak to that. Products are as good as they always are. The counter service wasn't busy when I visited, but it was quick even though there were several cars in the drive-thru.
Starbucks, do better. I just had the worst experience at the drive-thru with Bea. Her attitude was absolutely unacceptable—rude, impatient, and unprofessional. If you don’t have customer service skills, why work in a job that requires them? I don’t understand how someone like this represents your brand. I’ll be calling corporate because this kind of treatment shouldn’t be tolerated. Horrible experience
Starbucks says no to DEI we the consumers says no to Starbucks !!!.. Support the people and not the corporations!!..
