It’s terrible! I was waiting for my Americano for 25 minutes! And only when I told them they started to make it! I know it’s busy place, but people who come after me got their drinks before me! After my reminder I got drinks with extra pumps too sweet for me and I had to wait again. I lost 30 minutes of my time and was late!
We ordered coffee this morning for pick up at this location and the customer service was amazing! Viv was calling out the orders and was so great at communicating with us about our order while we waited. She would complement customers on their outfits and told everyone to have a great day. Her customer service was beyond impressive. If I lived here this definitely would be a location I would love to go to.
