Rude to customer. Little girl needs to bathroom. The staff first lied about not remembering the bathroom code. Then the manager insisted buying a drink before giving out the code. The cashier eventually gave the code but I will never buy anything from that store. I have been to numerous Starbucks in many countries and this store is a clear winner of the poor customer service award

Asked if i can use the restroom first before i purchase so i went in line and when it was my turn, said their restroom is officially close. Worst customer service.
Wouldn't let me and my 8 year old son use the restroom unless I paid first, which is weird cause why can't we just use the restroom before I purchase something? Then said I could only get ice water with my purchase which whatever cause I'm going to order anyways, SMH! I had to wait in line for like 15 mins! Then they forgot to give us my son's cake pop AND the water that they made such a big deal over! Bad attitude all around, I won't be coming back here at all!
