The worst Starbucks ever
Unfortunately, the service at this Starbucks location has gone downhill. The cashier was rude and inattentive, which made my visit frustrating and unwelcoming. Basic courtesy and attention to customers should be the standard. I hope management addresses this and improves the customer experience.
They just renovated again. It looks nice and cozy downstairs. They have an outdoor upstairs deck and outdoor heated covered space. The indoor upstairs renovation continues.
This is a Starbucks and you would think you were in a unique cafe with its upstairs seating and patio, it is actually my favorite Starbucks in the city because of that! AND unlike smaller ma and pop cafes in the area that don’t always keep reliable hours, Starbucks is open seven days a week and until a reasonable time.
