Based on the service I will give this Starbucks 5 stars. The place is cozy with interesting views. The only downside is that there are a group of very entitled characters inside the store staying for hours without a purchase, often taking lots of space. Sometimes up to two tables or an entire section with foods from another establishments. (if they purchase from another location they should stay at that location and not come all the way to starbucks to deny a good experiencing to paying customers)

This was my wife’s and my first visit to Starbucks, and unfortunately it was a very negative experience. An older male employee with gray hair and a beard—who seemed to be a manager—treated us with noticeable disrespect. While my wife was ordering, he spoke to her in a dismissive tone and repeatedly gestured with his hands for her to hurry up.
