Always they nicest employees and the best baristas! Always so fast in the drive thru!
Staff is always friendly and my decaf coffee drinks are always made correctly....unlike the Starbucks in Chardon! Easy parking and conveniently located.

By far the best location in the area. (Heisley Rd. location would be 2nd). The majority of the staff is always pleasant and friendly. They move very quickly and organized when busy and even when not. Acknowledge every person that walks through the door even when they're slammed. Always polite, even with difficult customers. They create an atmosphere that you want to go back to.
