Walked into this location on 3/2/26 at 6:27pm. I walked in with my old cup of Starbucks from the location that’s at Vons right across from it. I kindly asked if I could get some water. The lady asked if I had purchased that drink here. So I guess you have to purchase something at this location to get water. I’ve been to soo many Starbucks around here and they have NEVER asked to purchase something for water. This Starbucks sucks if they can’t even give you a cup of water. It’s a little noisy. Loud music and sometimes it’s too cold in there.
Nice to see an empty line at 11:25am on a Sunday.
Clean, friendly, and made my drink PERFECT. Staff went above and beyond for me while I was there. Have NEVER experienced this level of awesomeness from Starbucks before. 6 stars!!! Thank you.
