Today I visited the drive-thru and was treated rudely by the employee taking my order. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I asked to speak with the manager, but the situation was not handled well and no apology was offered. This was disappointing, as basic customer service and courtesy were missing during my visit. AMBER I wanted to bring this to everyone attention that goes there hopefully by addressing this will prevent this from harming other customers.
This location needs either better trainer's, or to fire whoever oversees this location.
They messed up my drink and were ridiculously rude.
worst customer service. Was waiting for my drinks and no one called out it was ready. Should of checked reviews before going in. Amanda is SO RUDE. not coming back.
