This happens all the time. It was luke warm and not filled up to a grande size. I'm not sure if corporate is training their staff to do this, but if they are, they will lose customers.
I had a terrible experience at the Starbucks inside Albertsons. I ordered three drinks, but when I delivered them to the people I got them for, they all said the drinks tasted nothing like they normally do. I called the store to explain the issue, and they told me their policy is that the person picking up the drinks must taste all the drinks before leaving the counter in order for them to be remade.
