We frequent this location often, and the recent remodel is very nice. My biggest complaint is the menu. I wish they would display the full menu instead of filling the screens with corporate-pushed advertisements. It’s a real pain in the ass to stand at the register and have to pull out my phone just to see what’s available. If I wanted to mobile order for that visit, I would have. The coffee at this location is usually great, but the drive-thru customer service today was completely unacceptable. I ordered a drink with cold foam, but it was handed to me without it. When I gently reminded the barista at the window, she awkwardly took the drink back to add it. However, when she handed it back, she rudely told me that 'next time I need to ask for it.' First time at this location. Ordered online for iced passion tango tea. Requested less ice, they gave me more ice than normal serving. Also requested 5 pump of classic syrup cause I don’t like too much sour and they didn’t put any classic syrup. I don’t know if they know how to read or they just don’t care. This is why I stopped tipping at Starbucks I wish I could take back my 3 dollar tip cause I’m petty like that for not making my drink right. Worst location ever!!!
