Not the kind of service I was expecting from the staff. I ordered a Trenta strawberry açaí lemonade with no ice and politely asked for a separate cup of ice. I felt really disappointing and unsatisfying because one of the staffs that goes by Benjamin who was giving me attitude and claimed I was cheating and I can’t ask for a cup of ice. There is no policy that says you can’t demand a separate cup of ice. Out of all the staffs except Benjamin, were more polite and more respectful.
