I asked for LIGHT ICE turned around and got extra ice
I just went through the drive thru at this location and I got my usual a venti iced white mocha. This drink is way to sweet. I dont know what they did but this doesn't taste right or like it normally does. This drink USUALLY has the right amount of sweetness. It's not too sweet and it's not too bitter. Its the perfect balance of the two. I don't know if they left out an ingredient or if the preson making it doesn't know how to make it. Its disappointing. $7 down the drain literally.
Literally had the app in my hand and asked him if I can scan my rewards to get points for this expensive coffee I’m always buying and the least I can get back is points, but he took my payment and didn’t bother to ask or scan for my app then said oops I can’t scan it anymore i already took your payment…… literally do your job its not that hard….
