Was greeted with a smile when picking upy drink at the counter 😁
Starbucks is supposed to fix your coffee no questions asked. I brought my coffee to the counter which you can clearly see is spilled all over not closed properly and double cupped. Rude staff, made a coffee for me in rush, spilled the coffee all over my car because they doubled the cup and filled it up so high without the cream that I asked for. So I go inside and she tries to give me a hard time about my ticket. Then takes almost 10 minutes to refill… a coffee.
I love this location! Kaylee is always super friendly and extremely helpful. She has been a highlight of my mornings. Thank you.
PLEASE VALUE YOUR LONG TERM GOOD WORKERS! STOP REPLACING THEM! If I see one more of my favorite employees gone... I will get everyone I know to give this location a 1 star. Too many good employees being replaced by new people... only 1 or 2% of the employees have been here a long time. The rest are brand new. Jaycee is a bit of a bully to customers and judges what people order. She just straight up says rude things to the customer when they're ordering. Very unprofessional.
