Extremely frustrating experience. The store clearly says it closes at 6pm, but we showed up around 5:10 and the guy inside was already cleaning like it was completely closed. We stood there waiting for about 3 minutes, and when he finally noticed us, he just stared and started mumbling “closed closed” under his breath. I ordered ahead using the app as a Goldstar member of the rewards program. I was literally next-door at the eye doctor 30 minutes beforehand and thought it gets pretty busy in the morning. I should order now walked next-door only to wait another 20 minutes and then cancel my order because it still wasn’t ready and I needed to get to work. There is no point in ever using the order ahead for apps just go and take up space in the drive-through.
