The employees here are so nice and always get my order right. I go inside to work on my computer a lot and they are always so thoughtful and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure I remember my app points and make sure I know all of my options at the counter, rather to save money or to try something new. They've gone out of their way to make me feel welcome inside of the cafe and ask me if I need anything. When they're busy they even make sure they get people's orders right and changed up if needed. When this Starbucks location first opened, there was amazing service. But recently, the service has been TERRIBLE! For the past three times I have ordered a drink, they have always gotten something wrong and had to remake it. While this usually isn’t a problem and I am normally patient, I can’t help but wonder why it happens so often.
