I usually enjoy a visit to Starbucks, but I was really disappointed at this Juban location. I spent $7 dollars on a venti size shaken espresso that was more than half filled with ice! A few sips and the drink was quickly gone! Also, the barista at the window was so rude! She literally just handed us our drinks without saying a word or a smile given. 7Brew would never.
Ordered a refresher and I got a full cup of ice
Interesting service. My barista, Gabe, was very knowledgeable and funny. Though, given he is, a human, that is a high compliment. MODOK, the weirdo he is, loved the iced double berry matcha. And whiplash, given he is Eastern European, loved the Pistachio Frappuccino. We shall be returning again. And Goob will be quaking in his boots.
The employees here are so nice and always get my order right. I go inside to work on my computer a lot and they are always so thoughtful and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure I remember my app points and make sure I know all of my options at the counter, rather to save money or to try something new. They've gone out of their way to make me feel welcome inside of the cafe and ask me if I need anything. When they're busy they even make sure they get people's orders right and changed up if needed.
