On Thursday, October 23, 2025, around 2 p.m., I was waiting to place an order, but the employee was talking with a customer who had arrived before me. They kept chatting for more than five minutes, so I eventually gave up and left without ordering coffee. I hope the staff can be trained to prioritize taking orders first when there are customers waiting, even if a conversation is in progress.
