I submitted a mobile order and got a notification that it was ready to pick up. I was already at the counter waiting and did not see anyone place my drink down. After a couple minutes of standing there, I finally ask where my drink is. She tells me they're out of pecan syrup and she asks a manager what to do next. I was on a time crunch so i just asked if I could get a refund for I did not have time to wait any longer before I had to leave for work. Please do not waste your time here. Most the employees talk trash about you when you order and make fun of you when order . They won’t even give you WATER with out ordering anything. Never have I EVER experienced this with any Starbucks. I hope they have changed the manager and employees cuz they ain’t cool. This is not Starbucks that we know and love .
