Order a breakfast burrito and BLT sandwich when I got them and I took a bite of the breakfast burrito it was still cold from inside came to the front desk and the lady was super nice apologized and told me that she was gonna remake it so I said yes and she made it and again it was still cold! I came in to get coffee and sit down to enjoy it, when I heard the barista with a buzzed head say my name. He was whispering and gossiping about me over his headset. I have to say this is very unprofessional, as an ex-barista myself I'm very disappointed in the lack of friendly atmosphere. A shift lead and another barista, Amilee and Colby I think their names were, were amazing! They saved my experience here! So sweet, excellent customer care on their end!
This is my home store away from home when I’m visiting family in Utah. I’ve spent time in the lobby, gone through the drive thru and literally been the first customer of the day when traveling back home to California. This store is super cute with the wood paneling and bench seating. Love the bar seating too. Days where I’ve sat in the lobby I was offered for here ware, connected with as baristas do lobby checks.
