Well located off of I-25 & Arapahoe. The positive, plenty of seating, the negative, so busy with drive through that they loose focus on in-store customers. It took me 15 minutes to get my drink, and I'd probably still be waiting I'd I hadn't said something.
Not very polite my Frappuccino tasted like as if it was already melted and had about a cup of salt maybe re train cause usually my drink from here are great
This is by far the worst Starbucks in Centennial. Service is rude, slow, they are constantly under staffed so the line takes forever. Average wait time is out of control. Mobile hours/availability have no consistency. Hire better people, all the surrounding Starbucks in the area put this location to shame.
