I waited in line and sadly even after while was not greeted or informed of any wait time, even though there was only one person ahead of me. While I continued waiting, a grocery store employee stepped in front of me and another paying customer to have the barista stop and get her ice. Went on this morning to order a nitro from Isabelle and the guy on shift yesterday forgot to get it ready they were out, Isabelle was amazing and felt so bad I told her not her fault if someone else dropped the ball thank you isa elle for making it right
My favorite place and will be firever
Starbucks has a good product however the staff is very inconsistent. Getting a good staff is essential. Time of day, investment in their job is key. Most store training is lacking. Tjeir baked goods are canned and lacking. They should take their lead from starbucks in Germany, superior to even the mega store on michigan ave in Chicago
