My entire family was completely disappointed with the cashier Isabelle. She was rude, did not greet us nor thanked us for stopping at this Starbucks location. Look another Starbucks and another Starbucks that has a broken oven. How can a Starbucks not have two ovens? Starbucks is really turning into the worst company ever. It’s crazy how they went from a coffee with a great vibe to a place that never has proper inventory for working machines. I give up I’m never going to Starbucks ever again.
This morning I tried to grab a nitro, only to find out the person from yesterday's shift forgot to prep it, and they were out. But Isabelle truly saved the day! She was amazing and felt genuinely terrible about it. I told her it wasn't her fault, since someone else dropped the ball, but she made it right. Huge thanks to Isabelle for sorting it out!
I waited in line and sadly even after while was not greeted or informed of any wait time, even though there was only one person ahead of me. While I continued waiting, a grocery store employee stepped in front of me and another paying customer to have the barista stop and get her ice. I understand everyone has a role, but paying customers should feel some kind of value—even a simple acknowledgment goes a long way.
