Very nice employees and great coffee.
My entire family was completely disappointed with the cashier Isabelle. She was rude, did not greet us nor thanked us for stopping at this Starbucks location. Most of us are from Florida and we are daily Starbucks customers where, we have never been told "WAIT" with a nasty look!! Isabelle practically threw a drinking straw I needed. Look another Starbucks and another Starbucks that has a broken oven. How can a Starbucks not have two ovens? Starbucks is really turning into the worst company ever. It’s crazy how they went from a coffee with a great vibe to a place that never has proper inventory for working machines. I give up I’m never going to Starbucks ever again.
This morning I tried to grab a nitro, only to find out the person from yesterday's shift forgot to prep it, and they were out. But Isabelle truly saved the day! She was amazing and felt genuinely terrible about it. I told her it wasn't her fault, since someone else dropped the ball, but she made it right. Huge thanks to Isabelle for sorting it out!
