Can the employees here not read mobile orders? If someone states they want “light ice” - DON’T fill the cup all the way to the brim with ice. I gave this location (2) chances to get it right & they didn’t. I’ll continue driving to first ave. For those of us that can’t have ice due to teeth sensitivity - this is a slap in the face. I was there picking up a delivery for a paying customer, I waited in line, when I got to the register I said good morning, the gal said I'll be with you in a moment and walked away. I said, "That's fine, no worries." My order was sitting ready on the counter just needing bagged up. She walked over and bagged up several other orders and started other orders.
